About the Role:
We are recruiting for our client, a reputable care provider, who is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join their team at a well-established nursing home in Sudbury, Suffolk. You will be an essential part of the care team, delivering high-quality care to residents while promoting dignity, respect, and independence.
As a Nurse, you will collaborate with other nurse practitioners, ensuring that the care needs of residents are consistently met. This role involves assisting in both the nursing care of residents and the general day-to-day operations of the home.

Reports to: Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans.
Work alongside other care staff to ensure residents' personal care needs are met with respect and dignity.
Promote independence and individuality in residents' care.
Assist in the day-to-day running of the home and contribute to a safe, caring environment.Skills and Attributes:

Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in a care home or similar environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent nursing skills and a thorough knowledge of care practices.Education and Qualifications:

NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.Benefits:
