Working with a well known and award winning PLC house builder basec in Bristol. Due to unpresidented workload into 2025. They are looking to add an additional contracts manager. The contracts manager will be in place to cover Bath, Somerset and surrounding. Likely to be 3 - 4 projects.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a role similar to the above and covered multiple sites in multiple locations before. The main bulk is traditional house building. You will report directly into a construction director and work closely with the commercial department
