An opportunity to be a Junior Finance Manager for a service business based in Dudley. It’s a diverse company which caters to wide array of clients on a national scale.

Main Duties:

As a Junior Finance Manager, your main duties include:

• Timely production of monthly management reports
• Preparing and posting month end journals
• Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Maintaining Fixed Asset Schedules
• Monthly and quarterly VAT returns
• Prepare and process all prepayments and accruals, ensuring transactions are accurate and completed.
• Identify variances, analysing any unusual cost trends, raising any issues to Finance Director
• Ad hoc duties, reporting and analysis to support the team to meet their deadlines

Location / Office / Culture

The role is based at the company’s offices in Dudley and has very easy public transport routes alongside on-site parking.

What We Are Looking For

• Excellent knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
• Familiarity with accounting software
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills
• Clear communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to work to tight deadlines
