Scope of the Role
We operate in a fast-paced and high-energy creative production environment where positivity, collaboration, and problem-solving are at the core of everything we do. Whether working with colleagues, liaising with clients, or executing projects, we approach every challenge with a solution-driven mindset.
As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for designing and rendering high-quality retail installations that align with client briefs. With in-house fabrication and print capabilities, your designs must consider manufacturing feasibility from the outset. This requires precise to-scale modeling in Fusion 360 or SolidWorks, followed by high-end rendering in Cinema 4D.
Your role will involve presenting concepts to clients, collaborating with internal teams—including technical designers, fabrication specialists, and project managers—and ensuring that creative visions translate effectively into tangible, high-quality outcomes.
Success in this role requires a collaborative mindset, adaptability, and a strong attention to detail. We embrace a hybrid workflow, combining structured methodologies with agile adaptability, ensuring projects meet both creative and technical requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Creative & Technical Execution
• Develop and present high-quality conceptual designs and compelling visual presentations.
• Ensure all deliverables align with client expectations, brand standards, and project objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Produce accurate, to-scale 3D models and high-quality renders.
• Conduct site surveys when necessary to ensure accurate design execution.
Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with Creative Designers, Fabrication Teams, and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Effectively communicate design intent to both clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution.
• Translate creative concepts into technical specifications for manufacturing and installation.
Sustainability & Best Practices
• Follow and promote sustainable design practices, ensuring minimal environmental impact.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures and promote best practices within the team.
• Provide practical support across departments, ensuring smooth project flow.
Core Skill Requirements
• Expertise in rendering using Cinema 4D with the Corona plugin.
• Proficiency in CAD modeling using Cinema 4D and Fusion 360.
• Fundamental understanding of manufacturing processes in creative production.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic understanding of SketchUp for receiving or modifying client files.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and client-facing interactions.
