A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a Client Support Manager to join their growing team, to drive high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance with stringent contractual KPIs and SLAs.

The Role

As the Client Support Manager, you'll play a crucial role in the following:

* Oversee daily deliverables analysing data of job status from all systems

* Lead a team of administrators and team leaders to deliver against contract KPI's and response times

* Hybrid working role - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.

* Drive outputs of administration of the regional teams with CAFM updates

* Manage updates on outsourced and Contractor work instructions

* Support with driving operational delivery for the client

* Oversee and ensure the team monitor all Subcontractors with associated RAMS & attendance updates

* Manage, monitor, and record performance including exception reporting of cluster teams and individual performance

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in the role of Contract Support Manager, you'll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

* We are looking for an individual with a proven experience in service desk management and the management of works delivery and management via CAFM to align with KPI and SLA delivery.

* An FM background is desirable with experience of using ELogbooks.

* To be successful in this role you will have highly effective management skills and be able to communicate clearly and concisely.
