What You’ll Be Doing:

As the IT Senior Business Analyst, you’ll lead the business analysis function, ensuring high-quality standards across a portfolio of IT and digital projects. Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll guide the Business Analysts and provide strategic support to key stakeholders. Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating business analysis activities across IT and digital programmes.
• Overseeing business process improvements and identifying opportunities for IT-driven change.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to design solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Ensuring consistent application of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Managing the allocation of resources and guiding teams through complex project lifecycles.

What You’ll Need:

• Extensive experience in managing the business analysis function within IT projects.
• Proven leadership in guiding and mentoring Business Analysts and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools, with practical application in IT systems change.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A formal business analysis qualification or equivalent experience.
