Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring students stay focused and engaged.
• Follow lesson plans and ensure students complete assigned work to a high standard.
• Maintain a calm, respectful classroom environment in line with school policies.
• Support students who need help understanding the material and encourage their progress.
