Description

Develop and maintain positive customer relations, by providing telephone and email support in a courteous and professional manner in accordance with performance standards.
Responsible for handling and organising the logistical requirements of the company and customers
Coordinate material shipping and sample collection with several couriers in a timely manner.
Gather the required internal and external information, track cases, and troubleshoot as appropriate.
Update any information in the technical system.
Ensuring the accuracy and proofreading of any documentation before submitting
Entering and updating client databases where required
Complete other clerical tasks.
Provide admin support to the wider team, where required.Profile

Good level of IT literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel).
Strong team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer orientation and problem-solving ability.
Organisational skills with the ability to demonstrate strong prioritisation
Strong telephone manner with clear and concise literacy skills
