Role - MEP Project Manager

Location - Hemel Hempstead and Slough

Package - 65-75K Basic plus vehicle or allowance, 25 days holiday plus other excellent benefits

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected Construction and Engineering business in a new position that arisen due to growth and expansion.

As MEP lead you will be responsible for delivering key MEP systems on medium sized projects on 2 large prestigious sites.

Responsibilities

* Support all aspects of the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems from both a technical and commercial stand point

* Based form Hemel and Slough most days

* Ensure maximum efficiency in support, planning and delivery of key Building Services

* Ensuring all team members take full ownership of the QMS

* Ensuring all MEP team members are managed in line with full Building Services Management Procedures

Experience and Background

* Strong background in managing medium MEP projects or related

* Mechanical or Plumbing biased

* Full project understanding including estimating and preconstruction right through to commissioning and hand over.

* Demonstratable commercial, technical and communication skills essential to deliver large scale diverse projects

* Related qualifications and association membership within a mechanical, electrical, plumbing and project management field
