Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer
Meridian are working with a well-established MEP Contractor in the North-West who are specialists in commercial projects. On the back of record-breaking years, the Facilities Management and PPM side of the business now has multiple projects across the North-west that require a Gas Engineer to regularly service and maintain the premises. Requirements for the role:

Relevant Mechanical CSCS card
Gas Safe Accreditation
Full UK Driving Licence (there will be travel across Manchester and the North-west in this role)
Experience with Mechanical FM/PPM
Experience with remedial mechanical work, such as repairs, rip outs, and  maintenance duties
Ability to install, repair and maintain gas appliance systems in commercial properties, to a safe and cost-effective manner in accordance with regulations
Exposure to various heating and boiler systems in commercial premises, including radiator systems, boilers, gas appliances etc.
Ability to safely and effectively work on emergency call outs, such as gas leaks, blocked piping systems, boiler repairs, hot and cold water leaks, sanitary and drainage repairs etc.
Strong customer service skills, to quickly identify their needs, diagnose the problem and work with/communicate with them to quickly and efficiently solve the problem
