Corporate Solicitor
Hull City Centre

Monday to Friday Office based
A well established and loyal client is looking for a corporate solicitor to play a vital role in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and all aspects related to the structure and planning in relation to their client's businesses. This position involves managing your own caseload, supporting the Corporate team, and actively contributing to business development and marketing initiatives. We are prepared to speak with applicants of varying levels of experience as our client would welcome both newly qualified and experienced candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Advise commercial clients on their commercial property needs.
- Manage your own case load, ensuring the timely and efficient handling of legal matters.
- Provide support to the Commercial Property team and collaborate on complex transactions.
- Proactively seek and secure business leads, contributing to the marketing efforts of the Commercial Property department.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience), though applicants with more or less experience are welcome.
- Experience in the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, commercial leases along with leases, assignments, and license agreements.
- Preferable experience in development, land promotion, options agreements, conditional contracts, and overage agreements.
- Familiarity with acting for lenders, pension schemes, and investors, providing property support on corporate matters.
- Working knowledge of Landlord & Tenant matters.
