This role offers the opportunity to lead audience growth across digital platforms and live/virtual events, using data-driven strategies to expand reach, engagement, and retention.

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and run audience growth strategies across digital publishing and events.
• Use analytics to track and optimize audience acquisition and engagement campaigns.
• Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to ensure content is optimized for SEO and social media.
• Drive initiatives to increase subscriptions, memberships, and event attendance.
• Build partnerships with industry influencers and external partners to enhance visibility.
