Deputy Nursery Room Leader - Level 3

Salary: Up to £27,000

40 hours per week

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or above
• Have proven experience in a nursery or childcare setting.
• Possess a solid grasp of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
• Excel in communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Nursery Room Leader to organize fun and educational activities for the kids, following the EYFS framework.
• Help manage and supervise the staff to maintain a safe and exciting environment.
• Build strong connections with parents and families, providing effective communication and support.
• Play a part in creating learning materials, ensuring a child-centred approach to planning and delivery.
