This company is on the hunt for a Production Engineer who has the ability to work independently but also can get stuck in as part of a team.

As a Production Engineer you will be required to:

Supporting laser and press operations through process development and tooling support.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on lean manufacturing, waste reduction, and process optimisation.
Providing welding support, including process development, tooling, documentation, tool design, and implementation.
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, production, and cost standards.
Evaluate and enhance manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain product quality.
Support and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and improve overall operational performance.Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Techniques and CAD Systems
