Driver Hire/dh Recruitment (Torbay) is looking for a dedicated Nightshift Warehouse Manager to lead our client's warehouse operations effectively throughout the night. This role is crucial for ensuring that processes are streamlined, operational targets are met, and team performance is maximised.
Location: South Devon, UK-great commute from Plymouth and Exeter!
Salary: £40,000 per annum with performance-related bonuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the night shift operations
- Consistently meet and exceed performance indicators
- Lead, motivate, and develop the warehouse team
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Handle budget management and cost control measures
