We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Health & Social Care Tutor to provide top-quality education and training to learners pursuing Health & Social Care qualifications. You will deliver an engaging programme, assess learners, and guide them in developing the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality vocational training, ensuring learners meet industry standards.
* Support learners' progress and adapt teaching to meet diverse needs.
* Manage the timely completion of qualifications while maintaining delivery standards aligned with OFSTED regulations.
* Assess and mentor learners, focusing on functional skills and vocational knowledge.
* Implement strategies to improve attendance, punctuality, and performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Assessor qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA, or equivalent) and Level 3 or above in teaching (PTLLS or equivalent).
* IAG minimum level 3 Qualification
* Occupational competence in delivering vocational qualifications
* Experience in education delivery and knowledge of curriculum design.
* Passion for teaching, with strong communication and coaching skills.
* Ability to support learners with Maths and English Functional Skills.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to adapt to learners' needs.
