Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of the Loughborough territory, driving sales growth
• Conducting property valuations, delivering detailed and accurate quotes
• Managing property listings for both sales and lettings
• Delivering high-quality presentations and marketing
• Planning and executing prospecting strategies
• Identifying and converting new business opportunities
• Working closely with head office to ensure seamless communication and customer service
• Using advanced technology platform to enhance client experiences
• Driving social media marketing efforts and becoming the local face of the business in the Loughborough area
• Building strong relationships with the community

You

• Previous experience in an estate agency with experience in sales and lettings
• Previous experience valuing properties
• Strong understanding of technology including Microsoft Office and property marketing
• Experienced with social media platforms and comfortable creating content
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build strong professional relationships
• Self-motivated and pro-active
• Driving License is essential

• £30,000 base salary
