Salary: £51,000/54,000 + Company Bonuses + Premium Overtime Rates + Specialist Training + OEM Courses
On-Target Earnings: £65,000 + Quarterly Bonus
Shifts: 4 on 4 off Rotation (Days and Nights)

Available Roles:

1. Mechanical Engineer

Role Overview: Focus on the diagnostics of hydraulics, pneumatics, drive chain fault finding, and bearing fitting/alignment.
Qualifications: Minimum level 3 in Mechanical Engineering. HNC or HND qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.
Desirable Skills: Apprentice training, experience in heavy industry manufacturing, and knowledge of cutting & grinding regulations.

2. Electrical Engineer

Role Overview: Handle electrical control systems and ensure compliance with EHS processes.
Qualifications: Minimum level 3 in Electrical Engineering. HNC or HND qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.
Desirable Skills: Experience with arc & mig welding/basic fabrication and electrical diagnostics.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Hands-on experience in relevant engineering fields.
Skills: Excellent communication (both written and verbal), strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and physically fit to handle the demands of the job.
