Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook high-quality, nutritious meals that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.

* Plan menus in consultation with the residents and care staff, ensuring variety and nutritional balance.

* Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.

* Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and storing supplies efficiently.

* Work collaboratively with care staff to ensure residents' dietary requirements are met.

* Create a positive dining experience for residents by presenting meals attractively and engaging with them about their food preferences.

Requirements:

* Previous experience working as a Chef within last 5 years?

* Effective communication & interception skills

* Must have a child & adult DBS on update service.

* Driving licence preferred but not essential.
