Drivers Direct Recruitment are looking to recruit a Class 2 Drivers on behalf of our client to join their team in Bedford.

Job Role:

• Delivering beverages (kegs & cases)
• Multi-drop
• Drivers Mate
• Hard work - handball involved
• Monday-Friday
• Start time is 05:00 onwards

PAYE pay rates including the holiday pay:

• £16.00ph - Inclusive of holiday pay

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Carrying out relevant daily vehicle safety checks and reporting as per Operational Procedures.
• Ensure all delivery and collections are carried out in accordance with company procedures.
• To deliver & collect to customers in a safe and professional manner.
• To complete all work related paperwork in full and hand in at the end of the shift.

Essential Skills:

• Good communication skills.
• Good customer relations.
• Have a safe driving record.
• Hold a valid HGV 2 / Cat C licence.
• No more than 6 minor penalty points.
• No DR’s, IN’s or DD’s offence codes due to insurance stipulations.
• Driver qualification (CPC) card.
• Digital tacho card.
