Salary: £155 - £230/day

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business education and a passion for teaching. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons in business studies, including topics such as economics, entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the curriculum requirements and enhance students' understanding of business concepts.
Teach business courses to students at various levels (KS3 and KS4).
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
Stay current with industry trends and incorporate real-world business scenarios into the curriculum.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular projects and initiatives.
Participate in faculty meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience.
Strong knowledge of business subjects and current industry practices.
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teaching.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
