A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Assistant Practitioner to join a dynamic healthcare team in Cheshire. This full-time position is available to start ASAP, offering a competitive pay rate of £13-£14 per hour, depending on experience.

Location: Cheshire
Salary: £13-14 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Full Time (Monday- Friday 08:00-16:00)

Band: 4

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in healthcare, be passionate about patient care, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. This role will involve providing direct support to healthcare professionals, assisting with patient assessments, and helping deliver effective care plans. The Assistant Practitioner will be involved in various aspects of patient care, contributing to improving patient outcomes and enhancing the efficiency of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care to patients.
Support patient assessments, monitoring, and care delivery.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation.
Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
Adhere to all relevant healthcare standards and procedures.
Help in patient rehabilitation and recovery programs under supervision.
Requirements:

A healthcare-related qualification or experience at Band 3 or equivalent.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
Flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the service.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable.
