Pay Rate and Working Hours:

£13.30 per hour monthly bonus on days then £15.96 on PM shift

Morning shift £13.30

Monday - Thursday 06:45-15:45

Friday: 06:45-10:15

From the end of April £15.96 (after 6 months it can raise up to £16.82)

Monday - Thursday 16:30 - 02:30

Roles & Responsibilities;

Picking & Packaging Parts for Kits
Preparing Worktools for shipment.
Crane Work to load parts into packaging
Loading Trucks for Shipment
Using tooling to prepare loads for shipping.
Desirable - Experience with Microsoft Office Applications

Requirements;

The ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner at all levels and pay attention to detail -
A self-motivated individual, with the flexibility to deal with individual and team behaviours, you should be able to motivate others with your advice and experience
Initiative and strong communication, interpersonal & organisational skills
Understand & promote Caterpillar's Values in Action
Willing to undertake training and further learning
