We have a great opportunity for a Supplier Assurance Administrator to join our Procurement Department.
You will be responsible for:
- Assist the Supplier Assurance Manager in all areas regarding supplier assurance, typical subject matter being :
- Qualified Supplier List
- Approval process
- Communication of HSQE information to supply chain
- Audit activities (Internal & external)
- Ability to deputise when directed on behalf of the Supplier Assurance Manager
- Assist the Supplier Assurance Manager in help drive Supplier Performance Monitoring practises with the various project teams
- Underpinning knowledge required of fundamental procurement practises, including working knowledge of P2P process within existing & future ERP systems (Currently COINS) would be advantageous
- Deputise and assist where required in other procurement administrative functions such as PPE orders/cost administration.
About you
- 5 GCSE Grade C or above. Educated to Degree standard
- General experience of purchasing goods/materials including purchase to pay processing (P2P)
- Excellent administration skills, specifically around maintaining records/database management
- Rail/Civils Construction knowledge
- Working knowledge of HSQE requirements/obligations around PPE
- Accounts Payable experience
- Good proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Power BI and other office applications.
- Full clean UK driving license
