Project Manager (EV Test Solutions)

A leading Test Solutions company in Worcester is growing their team due to the high demands for the services.

The company has seen impressive growth over the past 3 years' and is growing still.

We are seeking a Project Manager to perform the following:

* Work closely with other Project Managers, suppliers, internal and external teams

* Take an active role in discussions about potential solutions and next step

* Effectively manage selected key project deliverables and dependencies in line with project schedule

* Reporting, status updates, and communicating project progress

* Act as an escalation point for support team members

* Develop and implement documented SOP's, change control procedures and Release Notes

* Visiting customer testing sites

To succeed in this position you will need the following:

* Proven knowledge of Electric Vehicle and/or Battery-high voltage testing

* Able to demonstrate a keen interest in developing a career in Project Management.

* A good understanding of project management processes, terms, and program planning principles

* Competent in Office software (including excel and PowerPoint).

* Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly understand new concepts and principles

* Task ownership and ability to manage time effectively across multiple activities.

* Strong financial and analytical skills.

* Building strong collaborative and influential relationships with a range of stakeholders

* Effective decision making and strong verbal and written communication.

* Flexible and positive about change

* Prince2 qualification or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
