You will be joining a global business, with over 2,000 employees spread across the world. This role sits in a team of 4 other Business Partners and will provide support to the commercial function of circa 150 employees in several different countries. Description

The People Business Partner will be responsible for:

Playing a vital role in the implementation of People strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy during change cycles.
Supporting business needs through development, engagement, motivation and retention.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Providing support for People Team initiatives, bringing a solution focused mindset.
Partnering closely with line managers to build strong relationships and provide sound advice on People related queries.Profile

A successful People Business Partner should have:

Demonstrable experienced working as a People Business Partner in previous role/s
Experience working within a large, global organisation
Ability to work in a constantly changing environment

An salary of circa £60,000 per anum
A generous holiday leave of 25 days annually, plus 3 additional discretionary days off during the holiday season.
