Our client has an opportunity for a Product Quality Assurance Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. You will be accountable for performing the necessary actions to manage product non-compliances.

Role: Product Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Esher, Surrey
Hours: 37.5 hours working per week (7.5-hour day between the hours of 08:00 - 18:00)
Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience

What you'll be doing:

Ensure that Suppliers Quality Notifications are solved according to the appropriate methods and due time.
Prepare the necessary documentation to manage potential derogation/concession requests.
Work alongside the Quality Control team to close Suppliers Quality Notifications effectively.
Perform the correct management of both physical and computerized segregation areas for non[1]compliant products.
Support the Product Quality Assurance Leader in the audits performed at the Suppliers' premises.
Perform the incoming inspection according to the control plan proposed by SAP.
Check and update on SAP the batch classification of the inspected material.
Use the measuring tools accurately.
To undertake, as directed, any other duties as may be commensurate with the overall efficient running of the CompanyRequirements:

Relevant experience within a quality-based role
Able to read technical drawings
Bachelor's degree in Management, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering is desirable
Knowledge of the AS9100 standard
Knowledge of SAP QM
Knowledge of the MS Office suite
Able to use manual tools for dimensional inspection
