The ideal candidate should have a Business Development/Account Management/Client Services background.
Key Duties:
Account Management for key clients you oversee
Warm leads through online/quotes and emails
70% existing business
To build & grow effective working relationships with clients
Pro-active business development for new business
Plan & Targeted plans for develop new business
Up sell/cross sell to clients and deal with specific clients needs
Raising client enquiries
Overall responsibility of client's files
Updating contracts
More duties discussed upon briefing
Key Requirements
Experience Required:
Must have 3-5 years Sales experience or within a similar role
Pro-active working approach
Excellent communication skills
Drive to progress further
Good team player who wants to collaborate with others
