A regional law firm is looking for a skilled Insolvency Solicitor in southwest London to join their busy team.

With a strategy for growth and a strong leadership team, there is now an opportunity for an experienced Insolvency Solicitor/Partner or Senior Associate to lead a team. 

This would suit an Insolvency Solicitor or Partner from a city firm looking for a better work life balance, or a senior associate at a regional firm looking for a step up. 

Your role as an Insolvency Solicitor will involve: 

• Negotiating settlements including company voluntary arrangements, administration, and receivership 
• Working with insolvency practitioners, companies, and directors continuing to develop strong relationships 
• Managing and supervising junior solicitors and paralegals 

The successful Insolvency Solicitor will:

• Be 8+ years’ PQE as a UK qualified solicitor
• Have excellent experience with insolvency and restructuring law
• Have management experience
• Ideally have good academics but this is not essential
