What You'll Be Doing:

Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle: from client acquisition and job listing to candidate onboarding and aftercare

Proactively sourcing and engaging professionals

Building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates

Ensuring full compliance with industry regulations

*

Participating in an on-call rota to provide round-the-clock service

Working collaboratively with your team to hit shared targets and smash individual goals

What We're Looking For:

Experience: At least 1 year in 360 recruitment or B2B sales/telesales/business development
