Description
The key responsibilities of a Part-time Administrator candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
- Ensure smooth running of the office through effective organisation and coordination.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as correspondence, document preparation, and data entry.
- Provide support to the team in the form of scheduling, meeting arrangements, and logistics handling.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Maintain and update confidential records and databases.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organisation's policies and procedures.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful 'part-time Administrator' should have:
- A strong educational background in administration, business management or a related field.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in office software such as MS Office Suite and database systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to commute to Newton Le Willows.
