Job Title: Day Shift Electrician

Location: Edinburgh

Salary: £36,000

Working Hours: 8am - 4pm with a 30-minute break (Total of 37.5 hours per week)

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform electrical installations, maintenance

* Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently and accurately.

* Ensure all work complies with current electrical codes and safety standards.

* Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems and equipment.

* Collaborate with other team members and provide support as needed.

* Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used.

Required Qualifications:

* Qualified Electrician with relevant certification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, City & Guilds 2330/2357 or equivalent).

* Proven experience in electrical maintenance and installation.

* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.

* Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working on a variety of electrical projects.

* Familiarity with modern electrical testing equipment.

* Additional certifications or training in specialized areas of electrical work.
