I am looking for a Maintenance Supervisor around Peterborough to work on social housing contracts in Peterborough and the surrounding areas. The role is permanent and would involve working both within the office and on sites.

What the successful Maintenance Supervisor candidate will be responsible for:

Managing time sheets
Complete post inspections
Weekly health and safety spot checks
Operative reviews
Inductions for new starters
Attending sites to meet with tenants and deal with complaints
The Maintenance Supervisor person will have:

SSSTS
History and experience working within trades
Social Housing experience
Drive and self motivation
Ability to be a problem solver
