Ideal candidates:

Serve as the primary leader in guiding enterprise-wide talent practices across the global enterprise.
This pivotal role encompasses crucial functions such as performance management, succession planning, learning and development, leadership development, early careers development, organisational capability building and the employee engagement process.
Serving as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leadership and HR business partners, you will make immediate and substantial impacts on both the front line, leadership and the Company as a whole.The role:

Will be able to lead the development and delivery of performance management and talent development methods and processes, aligning them with the business objectives and values.
Performance Management and Leadership Framework
Take overall responsibility for designing, developing, and delivering the organisation's leadership and performance management framework
Have Stakeholder Engagement experience 
Partnership Development: having partnered relationships with senior executives throughout an organisation, building credibility and trust to provide high-quality guidance and support.
Lead the development and implementation of strategy for a significant area of responsibility, anticipating challenges and opportunities to drive organisational success.
Develop and implement talent management strategies, initiatives, and programs that support the development and retention of high-performing employees.
Create and maintain a comprehensive talent development framework and infrastructure
Solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
