We are looking for Service Coordinator's to work within managed services for several Mansfield clients.

We are looking for an Service Coordinators to support end-to-end project delivery as well as:

Managing campaigns from the creation of the brief through to distribution
Working alongside estimating and procurement teams to manage quotations and timescales
Monitoring progress of campaigns including dispatch and logistics
Liaising with your client daily with regards to project progress, queries, timescales, and updates
Managing the creation of Artwork via in house systems and 3rd parties
Briefing and updates with 3rd parties, including production, logistics and design
Administration tasks such as scheduling and updating CRM systemsThe ideal candidate will have previous experience within a Customer Service, or Service delivery environment, as well as

Ability to manage projects from brief to completion
Strong administration skills
Good organisational skills and ability to mange multiple projects
Ability to communicate across all departments and levels of the business
