Key Responsibilities

* Customer Support: Provide exceptional technical support to hundreds of customers across the UK.

* Garage Visits: Travel nationwide to deliver training and answer technical questions about BGA's products.

* Global Representation: Attend exhibitions worldwide as a key representative of BGA.

* Content Collaboration: Assist the marketing team by contributing to technical videos, content creation, and product demonstrations.

* Educational Outreach: Visit engineering colleges to represent the BGA brand and provide training to future mechanics.

Experience and Skills

* Mechanical Expertise: Hands-on mechanic experience is essential. [Timing Chains, Engine components, Steering & Suspension.

* Presentation Skills: Confident in training and presenting to both small and large audiences.

* Travel Flexibility: Willing to spend up to three days a week away from home.

* Video Experience: Experience in video presenting is beneficial but not essential.

* Relationship Building: Skilled in establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships.

* Comfortable to be represented throughout global campaigns across marketing channels.
