Our client is currently advancing a broad portfolio of Command and Control systems for both UK and export customers, focusing on Land and Maritime defence.
The Lead Command and Control Systems Engineer plays a critical role in overseeing the development of a product, ensuring its seamless integration onto customer platforms. This involves leading a multidisciplinary team of systems engineers responsible for:
* Analysing requirements and collaborating across software, hardware, human factors, and algorithms engineering disciplines.
* Defining and executing proving plans.
* Generating compliance evidence to secure product certification.
