The Role

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality remote training sessions in Warehouse, Construction, Teaching Assistant, and Customer Service.
• Support learners through their qualifications, ensuring progress and achievement.
• Provide effective feedback and assessment to help learners succeed.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet different learning styles and needs.
• Maintain accurate learner records and track progress.
• Ensure all delivery meets awarding body and quality assurance requirements.
What We're Looking For
• Teaching qualification (PTLLS, DTLLS, AET, or equivalent).
• Experience delivering training in Warehouse, Construction, Teaching Assistant, or Customer Service.
• Strong understanding of adult education and work-based learning.
• Excellent communication and online delivery skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
• IT literate with experience in remote/online learning platforms.
