Role OverviewWe are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our Central Scotland team, taking charge of both commercial and residential projects from start to finish. This is a key role, where you'll work closely with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard on schedule and within budget.Key Responsibilities

* Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

* Oversee subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

* Communicate with clients to clarify project requirements, manage expectations, and provide progress updates.

* Monitor costs and resources to ensure profitability while proactively identifying and resolving issues.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety regulations and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in both commercial and residential construction to over see all the sites.

* Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and teams.

* Keen problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Comprehensive knowledge of construction health & safety regulations and industry best practices.
