You will undertake training of new engineering staff on all aspects of Wind Turbine Maintenance, H&S and all technical aspects of wind turbine maintenance.

You will receive all the technical training needed to deliver in this role. You will be a part of a close knit training team, using your engineering background and training skills from other sectors; you will learn and technically develop on this companies products becoming a specialist in every area to then train new and existing staff.This role would suit a qualified Electrician or Electrical Engineer or lead engineer with mentoring experience from a range of Engineering backgrounds looking to have dedicated technical OEM training and to have a career with an industry leading and global Wind Turbine company.The Role:
· Technical Training of engineering Staff, Train the Trainer, and occasionally engineering subcontractors to become wind turbine technicians
· Dedicated on the job technical OEM personal training with career goals and development.
· Site visits to wind farms around the UK, Ireland and EUThe Person:
· Electrically qualified C&G/ NVQ level 3 or above ideally an Engineering background
· Other engineering /mentoring / training or teaching backgrounds considered Plant, FLT, Industrial Engineering backgrounds
· Looking to join a global WTG company with dedicated OEM training
· Flexible to job requirements and visiting sites around the UK and EU
