They are currently looking for an experienced Physiotherapist who has experience with assessment and discharge planning in a busy acute medical environment.

Main duties of the job
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring patient understanding and compliance.
- Act as a key worker in rehabilitation, coordinating complex discharge planning and facilitating goal-setting meetings.
- Provide specialised physiotherapy care for inpatients
- Maintain accurate records of treatment and care, ensuring compliance with professional standards.
To be successful in applying for this role you will need:
- Current relevant professional registration (HCPC Registration)
- Enhanced DBS
- Physiotherapist degree or equivalent
- Experience working in a acute medical environment
