Salary: Up to £40,000 per year + bonus
Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday to Thursday #removed#, Friday #removed#)
Location: Leamington Spa (1 dap a week remote)
Requirements: Full UK driving licence is required

The Role
We're looking for a Buyer to join our established procurement team, driving strategy and New Product Introduction (NPI). This role involves cross-functional collaboration across departments to achieve seamless procurement outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure high-quality raw materials and components
* Proactively minimise risks related to fluctuations and shortages
* Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
* Manage and negotiate contracts, including pricing and terms
* Source and onboard new suppliers as required
* Lead and deliver procurement-related projects

About You
* MCIPS or CIPS level 4 qualified
* Proven experience in procurement within manufacturing or automotive industries, with UK based experience
* Skilled in sourcing materials such as Cast Iron, Aluminium Die Cast, PCB's, Control knobs, cardboard and packaging
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
