You'll be working to maintain 2 AA Rosette standards and will have the chance to be involved in the butchery of your produce - a unique experience for a dedicated Chef.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Maintaining 2 AA Rosette standards in your work.
Ensuring all mise en place is ready for smooth service.
Cooking and presenting delicious breakfasts to a high standard.
Following all food safety & hygiene regulations (HACCP).
Managing stock rotation and storage effectively.
Communicating any issues or needs clearly.
Supporting other kitchen sections when required.
Cleaning your section and preparing for the next day.
