The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and previous management experience, with the confidence to oversee the entire Accounts Payable function.

* Review and approve journals prepared by the Accounts Payable team.

* Reconcile accounts payable balances each month

* Provide support with managing credit cards and employee expenses.

* Prepare and submit weekly reports to the senior leadership team.

* Supervise and guide the Accounts Payable team in daily operations.

* Ensure timely resolution of escalated queries and issues.

Ideally you will be AAT Qualified however, this is not a strict requirement. What's essential is a strong track record in people management, as this will be critical in driving the team to meet its goals and objectives.
