Job Title: Mobile Mechanical Engineer
Location: City of London
Salary: £45,000 + Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm

Job Description:
Are you a mechanically qualified engineer looking for a Monday to Friday mobile role in central London? A well-established FM provider is looking to bring on a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to support a group of commercial office buildings in the city. The role offers a great mix of PPM and reactive maintenance, with solid team support and opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities:

* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works

* Working on HVAC systems, heating, ventilation, pumps, and general mechanical plant

* Fault finding and diagnostics across building services systems

* Liaising with clients and site teams to ensure smooth delivery of maintenance tasks

Requirements:

* Level 3 qualification in Heating & Ventilation or equivalent mechanical qualifications

* Mechanical building services experience in commercial environments

* Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills

* Full understanding of health & safety requirements within a building services setting

* Able to work independently and manage workload across multiple sites
