Profile
A successful Deputy Head of Conflicts should have:
- A qualified lawyer in England and Wales
- A degree in Law or a related field
- Experience in a leadership role within a legal department
- Expertise in conflict management and resolution within a law firm
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements within the legal industry
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A strategic mindset and the ability to contribute to business planning
