Project Co-Ordinator - Newark - £23,000 - £25,000

Chase & Holland are proud to be working with market leading company going through a period of growth, who are actively seeking a Commercial Project Co-Ordinator to join their team. This role would suit someone with experience in ideally a project and construction environment.
Package & Benefits:

• Starting salary of £23,000, rising to £25,000 following a 6 month probationary period
•  20 days holiday + BH, rising by 1 day per year to a maximum of 25

Commercial Project Co-Ordinator  Responsibilities:

• Project manage new commercial and upgrade orders from point or order, through deliveries, installation, commissioning and site visits

Liaising closely with the production coordinator, sales estimators, manufacturing team, engineering and finance teams to deliver projects
Co-ordinating and plan engineers diaries
• Maintaining and updating the project records as required
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and clients
Managing all administration created by your own work
Learning, understanding and keeping up to date on industry news, standards and legislation
• Attending handover, business or client meetings as required.

Required skills & experience:

• Strong background in a project management setting
• Experience of working with technical products, preferably in a construction capacity
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word & Excel
• Strong organisation skills and a good eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
