JAM Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for experienced Night Team Leader to work on behalf of our Worcester based client.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the night supervisor and transport management team to ensure all activities are completed as directed.
- All activities to be completed within the agreed standards of health and safety.
- Support the nights supervisor to complete any necessary reports.

- Be confident that in the absence of the supervisor, photos of loads are sent out. - The team leader will provide support to the supervisor, assigning tasks and monitoring individuals performance.
- Will predominantly continue to load / tip vehicles during the night.
- Will assist in trying to locate 'not founds'.
- Cover the nights supervisor in periods of absence.
- Fully trained to complete D and A tests for accidents or instances of concern.

Experience and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Good I.T. skills and an ability to work with spreadsheets
- An ability to multi task - retain and process multiple information simultaneously
- Experience of reach and counterbalance trucks.

Working hours:

Sunday to Friday, 22:00-06:00.

Pay rate:

£15.50 per hour up rising to £15.91 (Upon completion of your probationary period).

This is a 'Temp to Perm' position, with the opportunity to earn a permanent contract after 13 weeks.
