Our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their established Facades & Cladding Division. This is an office-based role, with regular site visits (approximately 1-2 times per week), so the successful candidate must be comfortable working in demanding site environments and capable of addressing unexpected challenges with confidence and professionalism.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial role within the construction industry.
• Degree qualification in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience within the facades and cladding sector would be advantageous, but is not essential.
