Mechanical Estimator Duties:

* Review document tenders and raise any RFIs with the client.

* Research the cost of items such as materials, transport, labour, and equipment.

* Retrieve costs from suppliers and contractors.

* Perform take-offs as required, conforming to standard estimating conventions.

* Utilize estimating software (e.g., Trimble/Ensign).

* Prepare tenders for internal decisions.

* Ensure timely submission of tenders.

* Participate in the handover of projects to the operation/project teams.

Mechanical Packages Range:

* £1K-£3M, requiring quotations for:

* Air conditioning

* Ventilation

* Plumbing

* Insulation

* Controls and commissioning

* Validations, mainly targeting CatA and CatB commercial works
